The interest of the lab is to understand molecular mechanismsm of cell cycle. Our research aims to dissect the role of ubiquitin signaling during mammalian cell division. current project aims to develop a novel and objective way to assess neuropathic pain in patients with neuropathy and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

A 2-years Bioinformatics Data Analyst position is available in the INSERM U830 (Olivier Delattre) & U900 (Emmanuel Barillot) laboratories at the Institut Curie.
The mission will consist in the biostatistical and bioinformatic analysis of tiling array CGH data and deep sequencing of breast tumors, with a focus on genes normally involved in the development and differentiation of the mammary gland. The candidate will be in charge of identifying point mutations as well as structural rearrangements that may drive the oncogenic process. A particular analysis will be made on micropapillary and medullary tumors, two groups of breast cancer with highly specific phenotype.

The Laboratory of Experimental Oncology and Radiobiology (LEXOR) in the Center of Experimental Molecular Medicine at the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam invites applications for a total of 3 PhD positions.
The current positions are all part of KWF-funded research aiming to generate and study mouse models for pancreatic, colon and hepatocellular carcinoma. These models will be based on patient-derived material and study interactions between tumor and stromal cells, therapy resistance mechanisms and the
relevance of cancer stem cells. The new positions are closely linked to two senior postdoctoral fellows.
